VinFast Auto India has inaugurated its 50th retail outlet in the country with a new 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) facility in Bengaluru. The development marks a step in the company’s ongoing expansion in the Indian electric vehicle market.
New Facility in Electronic City
The showroom has been developed by PPS Motors LLP and is located on Hosur Road in Bengaluru’s Electronic City area. The facility covers around 11,500 sq ft and includes both showroom and service operations.
The showroom area spans approximately 2,500 sq ft and is designed to handle customer interactions related to vehicle sales and after-sales services.

Expansion Plans Across Cities
VinFast aims to expand its dealership network to 75 outlets by the end of the year, covering more than 60 cities. The company’s expansion strategy includes both metro cities and smaller markets.
Focus on EV Ecosystem Development
The company is working on building an ecosystem that includes manufacturing, retail, charging infrastructure, and after-sales services. It is also collaborating with financial institutions and partners as part of this effort.
Product and Ownership Details
VinFast currently offers electric SUVs such as the VF 6 and VF 7 in India. These models have received 5-star Bharat NCAP safety ratings. The vehicles are supported by roadside assistance, three years of free maintenance, and warranty coverage of up to ten years or 200,000 kilometres, depending on the model.
Customer Programmes and Offers
The company has introduced a Value Assured programme that defines a return value for vehicles after a certain period of use. It is also offering free charging on the V-Green network until March 31, 2029.
Additionally, Vingroup has announced a “Trade Gas for Electric” initiative, which includes a 3% discount for customers switching from internal combustion engine vehicles to electric vehicles.
