CEER has revealed its EXOBOT electric sedan and SUV in Saudi Arabia. The vehicles were unveiled on September 22, 2026, at the CEER Manufacturing Complex (CMC) in King Abdullah Economic City.

EXOBOT is the first flagship vehicle line from CEER and is part of a planned seven-model portfolio by 2030. The company says the lineup will include mid-size and compact vehicles with different propulsion options. Production is planned at the CEER Manufacturing Complex in Saudi Arabia.

EXOBOT Sedan and SUV Dimensions

The EXOBOT sedan measures 5.26 metres in length, 2.1 metres in width and 1.43 metres in height. The SUV measures 5.02 metres in length, 2.1 metres in width and 1.69 metres in height.

Both models use a large windshield measuring 2.4 metres in length, with a 15-degree inclination. The vehicles also feature 32 light bars, a design reference to 1932, the year Saudi Arabia became a kingdom.

Tri-Motor Electric Powertrain

The EXOBOT uses a tri-motor, all-wheel-drive electric powertrain. The highest specification produces 1,111 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque. The sedan can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.1 seconds and has a claimed top speed of 250 km/h. The SUV completes the same acceleration run in 2.4 seconds, with a top speed of 210 km/h.

Designed for High-Temperature Conditions

CEER says the EXOBOT has been developed for the high temperatures and long-distance driving conditions found in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. The vehicle uses a cooling system called Halo Cooling. According to CEER, it can reduce cabin temperature from 65°C to 32°C within 10 minutes under high-heat conditions. The vehicle also uses triple silver-coated glass, solar protection foils and separate front and rear air-conditioning systems.

Steer-by-Wire and Rear-Wheel Steering

The EXOBOT uses steer-by-wire technology instead of a conventional steering column. Steering input has been reduced from 400 degrees to 160 degrees, according to CEER. The vehicles also feature rear-wheel steering, which is intended to improve manoeuvrability at lower speeds and stability at higher speeds.

Digital Displays and Connectivity

The cabin features a 48-inch curved Digital Horizon Display with 8K resolution, along with a 10.4-inch central control screen and an 8-inch rear occupant display. The vehicle also gets a voice assistant that supports Arabic and English. Through the CEER app, users can monitor charging, pre-condition the cabin and access remote parking functions.

Safety Features

Safety equipment includes a structural cell-to-pack battery system, seven airbags and an aluminium casting and extrusion space-frame structure integrated into the body and doors.

The EXOBOT also supports digital key functionality, including smartwatch integration. Physical controls are retained for functions such as gear selection, climate control and audio volume.

The vehicle uses SoundStage Audio technology, which integrates exciters with cabin surfaces, along with dedicated audio components. It also gets a three-scent fragrance system.

Over-the-Air Updates and Driving Assistance

CEER will offer over-the-air updates for the EXOBOT. These updates can be used to modify vehicle functions and add features without a workshop visit. The vehicle also includes driver-assistance functions such as hands-free driving support, automated lane changes and highway-based point-to-point autonomous driving capabilities.

EXOBOT First Edition

The EXOBOT range will initially include the First Edition, followed by the EXOBOT Plus. The First Edition will be offered in both sedan and SUV body styles. It uses a tri-motor all-wheel-drive setup producing 850 hp and 1,000 Nm. The sedan accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 2.6 seconds, while the SUV takes 2.9 seconds.

Both versions use a 112 kWh battery. CEER claims a range of up to 670 km for the sedan and 560 km for the SUV. The 800V electrical architecture supports 10-80% charging in under 30 minutes.

Production and Localisation

CEER plans to manufacture the EXOBOT in Saudi Arabia at its facility in King Abdullah Economic City. The company has set a target of reaching 45% local material content in its vehicles by 2034. The First Edition will feature numbered plaques linked to each vehicle's VIN. It will be available in Harrat Grey and White Musk exterior finishes.

The EXOBOT marks CEER's entry into the electric sedan and SUV segments with a powertrain offering up to 1,111 hp and a 112 kWh battery in the First Edition. The specifications also show the company's focus on high-temperature operation, fast charging, digital controls and driver-assistance systems. Production localisation will remain another key part of CEER's programme, with the company targeting 45% local material content by 2034.
